Referral Services
We have met some great professionals on the projects we have financed and would be glad to
refer you to any architects, engineers, contractors or appraisers who may be able to fill
your needs. We advocate the "team approach" to working on a client's project wherein the
professionals are all familiar with one another so they can easily communicate and solve
problems.
When a compatible professional team is working on a project, it minimizes the
problems in which a client must be personally involved. Conversely, if these professionals
who are involved in a project do not know each other, it is probable that the client will
be called upon to make decisions or even arbitrate issues that he/she is not comfortable
with or qualified to handle.
